Market Square Flag Installation
Providence, RI
Spring 2009
Over the course of two months in the Spring of 2009, I made and installed three different groups of flags. The four 40' flag poles served as a space for a four word phrase. During this time the U.S. and the world at large was recovering from the 2008 financial housing crisis, hence the sayings relate to pessimism, money and hope.
